These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Contacts AI by Bizbotify mobile application ("Contacts AI", formerly known as "BizNetwork"), developed by APPMETRY TECHNOLOGIES LLP.
By using Contacts AI, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Contacts AI
Contacts AI is a mobile application that helps users capture, organize, and manage professional contacts using business card scanning, OCR, AI-assisted extraction, voice notes, text notes, and related productivity features.
2. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use Contacts AI only for lawful purposes.
- Ensure you have the right to capture, process, and store any contact information you collect.
- Review AI-generated information before relying on or sharing it.
- Respect applicable privacy and data protection laws.
3. AI Features
AI processing is performed only when initiated by you.
OCR, speech recognition, and AI-generated results are provided for convenience and may contain inaccuracies.
You are responsible for verifying extracted information before relying on or using it.
4. Data Storage
Contacts AI stores your information locally on your device.
Appmetry does not maintain a cloud copy of your contacts unless you choose to sync them to a Bizbotify workspace, as described in Section 5.
Deleting the App without restoring from a backup may permanently remove your locally stored data.
5. Bizbotify Integration
Contacts AI is designed to work with Bizbotify. Connecting Contacts AI to a Bizbotify workspace is optional.
When you connect a workspace, contacts you choose to sync are transferred to Bizbotify, and your use of Bizbotify is governed by the Bizbotify terms and privacy policy published at bizbotify.com.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share synced contact information with your Bizbotify workspace and its members.
6. Subscriptions and AI Processing Credits
Certain features may require:
- An annual subscription.
- Purchase of AI Processing Credits.
Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store where applicable.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your respective app store account.
7. Intellectual Property
Contacts AI, including its software, design, branding, logos, documentation, and related intellectual property, is owned by APPMETRY TECHNOLOGIES LLP.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or resell the App except as permitted by applicable law.
8. Disclaimer
Contacts AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that OCR, speech recognition, or AI-generated results will always be accurate, complete, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, APPMETRY TECHNOLOGIES LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of Contacts AI.
10. Updates
We may modify these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of Contacts AI after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute arising from or relating to Contacts AI shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
